We're currently hiring a Salesforce Administrator dedicated to ensuring we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce based on Amudim’s needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and development of Salesforce.com
  • Aid the migration of new units onto the Salesforce platform
  • Work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and SME's to identify, develop, and deploy new processes to improve the overall use and function of Salesforce
  • Execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, consolidation and improvement of Salesforce
  • Design, configuration, and deployment of Financial Services Cloud and other related Salesforce Products
  • Be a primary knowledge resource for the Salesforce Administrator role; training on process and provide first level support for questions/issues
  • Assist with departmental data presentations and analyses
  • Stay abreast of best practices and strategies
  • Perform scheduled clean-up and maintenance of the database as a regular feature of work
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as Salesforce.com Administrator
  • Salesforce Admin / Advanced Admin certifications (ADM201 & ADM301)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views
  • Deep expertise in building Reports and Dashboards
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle / prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Experience in the non-profit industry a plus
  • Pardot and Einstein Analytics experience is a plus
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is a plus
  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience is a plus
