We're currently hiring a Salesforce Administrator dedicated to ensuring we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce based on Amudim’s needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the ongoing maintenance and development of Salesforce.com
- Aid the migration of new units onto the Salesforce platform
- Work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and SME's to identify, develop, and deploy new processes to improve the overall use and function of Salesforce
- Execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, consolidation and improvement of Salesforce
- Design, configuration, and deployment of Financial Services Cloud and other related Salesforce Products
- Be a primary knowledge resource for the Salesforce Administrator role; training on process and provide first level support for questions/issues
- Assist with departmental data presentations and analyses
- Stay abreast of best practices and strategies
- Perform scheduled clean-up and maintenance of the database as a regular feature of work
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as Salesforce.com Administrator
- Salesforce Admin / Advanced Admin certifications (ADM201 & ADM301)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views
- Deep expertise in building Reports and Dashboards
- Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle / prioritize simultaneous requests
- Experience in the non-profit industry a plus
- Pardot and Einstein Analytics experience is a plus
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is a plus
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience is a plus
