Amudim reserves the right to delete or change User Information at any time and for any reason.

SUBMISSIONS

If you communicate or submit any remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, photographs, or other information or materials to Amudim on or through this website or through third-party providers (“Submissions”), you expressly grant Amudim a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, and display such Submissions and your name, and/or likeness as contained in your Submissions, in whole or in part, and in any form throughout the world in any media or technology, whether now known or hereafter discovered, including all promotion, advertising, marketing, merchandising, publicity and any other ancillary uses thereof, in perpetuity.
