We made it simple.

We created this kit to help you identify your boundaries, build a plan simple enough to stick with, and give you the tools to start the conversation.

Friend & Safety Conversations

This is for anyone who wants to feel less alone on Purim – or who wants to make sure someone else does.

If you’re heading into something that feels uncertain, worried about someone you love, or you already know you’ll do better with a plan, this is for you.

Inside, you’ll find tools to set up a Safety Buddy, show up as a safe person, stay sober if that’s your plan, and ask for support if you need it.
