Series Update
At Amudim, we believe education is prevention.
That’s why we’re in classrooms, at community events, and in shuls — building awareness, teaching skills, and helping create a safer world for all of us before a crisis ever begins.
And when someone is in crisis, our clinical case managers are there, too. A phone call, a plan, and someone walking alongside them through it — always 100% free.
That’s only possible because of our donors. If you want to help us keep showing up for Klal Yisroel, you can do that here.
When we began this Parenting Series, our hope was simple: to share practical, grounded tools that could help parents bring more emotional awareness, connection, and calm into their homes.
Since then, so many of you have reached out, shared feedback, forwarded the emails, saved the posts, and told us how deeply this content is resonating.
We have been so encouraged to see how our community of parents is not only engaging with this series, but truly utilizing the tools and asking for more guidance along the way.
That is why we are excited to share that we will be extending the Parenting Series, with new topics, expanded resources, and collaborations with other professionals in the coming months.
At Amudim, we have always believed that education is one of the most powerful forms of prevention. The more tools parents have, the more prepared they feel to support their children through real-life moments – with clarity and confidence. We hope you stick around and continue to find value in this parenting series.
Today, we are sharing a collection of free downloadable mental health worksheets for you and your children to use together.
Our hope is that these worksheets will help start meaningful conversations between you and your child, give you more insight into their world, and help them better understand themselves in the process.
Included are:
When Feelings Come Knocking – A Big Feelings Workbook
A child-friendly workbook to help children notice, name, and better understand big feelings.

These worksheets are meant to create small openings – moments where a child can pause, reflect, express what is going on inside, and feel a little more understood.
Do you know someone who would want to join this journey with us? Invite them to explore the collection of tools, tips, and resources we have already put together here.
We look forward to continuing this effort alongside Amudim’s ongoing work supporting survivors, individuals in recovery, families in crisis, and anyone in our community who needs care, guidance, and support.
Stay tuned!
