The Queen’s Caffeine (Espresso Mocktini)

A rich, creamy coffee mocktini that feels fancy with basically zero effort.

You’ll need:

  • 4 oz espresso (cooled)
  • 2 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cocoa powder (for rim or dusting)
  • Optional: 1-2 dashes aromatic bitters

How to make it:

  • Rim your glasses by dipping them in simple syrup, then cocoa powder.
  • Add ice and all ingredients to a shaker.
  • Shake well for about a minute, until frothy.
  • Pour into glasses and top with coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa.

Elevate it:

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce
  • A caramel drizzle

Purim Punch (Citrus Refresher)

Bright, refreshing, and looks expensive. Perfect for a festive “everyone can participate” drink.

You’ll need:
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup or 1-2 tsp dissolved honey
  • Fresh berries (use your fave)
How to make it:
  • Rim your glasses by dipping them in simple syrup, then sugar.
  • Add ice and all juices + simple syrup to a shaker.
  • Shake well.
  • Pour into glasses and add skewered berries + an orange peel twist as garnish.
Elevate it:
  • Use blood orange juice instead of regular orange juice
  • Rim the glass with chili-lime seasoning for a kick

Haman’s Salty Grapefruit Smash

Tart, salty, and refreshing. A little bold, in the best way.

You’ll need:

  • 6-8 basil leaves
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 8 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 4 oz grapefruit sparkling water
  • 2 pinches flaky salt

How to make it:

  • Add basil and honey to your glass.
  • Muddle or mash until the basil is aromatic.
  • Squeeze grapefruit juice into the glass.
  • Add sparkling water and stir well.
  • Garnish with a honey drizzle, a sprig of basil, and flaky salt.

Elevate it:

  • Dip the rim of the glass in chili-lime seasoning for an extra kick
